I'm skeptical of this program, mainly because it seems too good. How does debtconsoidationcare.com make its money? What sort of fees are involved?

Sonic Cash ignored the email I sent to them revoking authorization, also tried to call and had to leave a voice mail which they ignored as well. Well I went ahead closed my account and through a mistake on my employers part they deposited my payroll check in my old account instead of my new one, which reopened the account I closed, which in turn allowed the pdl's to hit me again.

O.k. I have another question. I spoke to credit counseling of America ?? anyways its one that was referred to this site. I went over our bills etc and she explained that an Attorney Brennan would handle the accounts and that my debt settlement would be 3680.00 which is 46% of the 8,000 and that there would be an additional 2500.00 for the attorney fee. Well since I have learned my lessons from previous experiences I thought to research the Attorney. Well, after looking on here and reading the many complaints about the Attorney I have decided against it.

I have a question. Do most OH pdl storefronts that are members of CFSA follow the CFSA guidelines regarding not sending customers to jail when they default on pdls, and working on a repayment plan with the customers? I know I shouldn't still be worrying about this because I haven't committed any crime, I just made a huge mistake in getting trapped in the pdl mess, but OH has such strict laws about pdls that I find myself worrying anyway. :cry:
