I just got divorced last may.All the bills are driving me crazy. I just would like to pay 1 bill per month.I am workin two jobs and still live pay check to pay check.

First I must say thanks for all the help I have gotten since signing on only two days ago..I called the three companies in my subject and let them know I closed my bank accounts..If I had only known my rights before..My loan with all these three companies are as follows SJM $260 already paid 1020 since 7/06. easy loan $260 already paid 600 since 8/06 and Expresscash $300 already paid 1440 since 7/06...I cant believe these people are get away with this whileI am not able to feed and clothe my child..I am so upset so let the phone calls come because they wont be getting a red cent..

OK, Recieved 2 letterd from Allied, one in my name, and another with an INcorrect spelling of my last name. I sent validation letters to BOTH letters recieved. Allied DID get them, as I have the Return reciept for the letters I sent. To date, they have knowingly and willingly FAILED to provide me with the required information I asked them to send. Now, Today, I recieved a letter from an attorney office in Denver, stating I owe AI well over $2200, payable in lump.

I received a letter from asset acceptance llc stating I owed a $853.00 debt to Ballys. I contacted Asset Acceptance LLC by phone and told them I have never had an account at Ballys. The guy was polite and said that the debt was from 1994. I said 1994... this is 2007 not only do you have the wrong person, this debt is 13 years old, way out of SOL. He said I should file an ID fraud with the credit agencies. I said why? Nothing is on my credit report in regards to this.

Hello, I am new to this forum and I have to say that I have obtained some very valuable information here. I have 2 questions: #1 I took out a pdl from Pay-day-loan-yes for $400. So far I have paid them $825 in interest and also $100 in pricipal. Have I overpaid them and should I request a refund?

I have 5 credit cards and want to make them be one payment.

My financial problems I figure started when I was a teenager, because my parents always lived payday to payday. They never had any extra money and they were always fighting about it.
