I have got myself in trouble with payday loans take new ones out so that I can pay currect and at this point I am going to be homeless and have to get new loans every payday to just pay the fees. I have opened a new checking account at a different bank and moved my direct deposit there but I need to know how to work with these companies to pay them back at a reasonable rate

Good afternoon. I filed bankruptcy and it was discharged in October of 2009. My mortgage company decided in May of 2011 that they were going to report it with "key derogatory" and it shows up as I missed a payment 1.3 years ago. I never ever missed a payment with my mortgage. How do I fix that? Please help.

I have used this website for AMAZING advice and have successful gotten out of many payday advance accounts closed and even received refunds by following these step by step blueprints. I used the same model for Sandpoint Capital but this morning the email was a little different. I currently reside in Florida and had a $300 loan out with them and have paid $180 so far, I sent them the email stating I would pay $120 only if it would close my account and this is the response I got. Hi, I live in Indiana and I received a call today from a Nichole at TRS or TRX, stating that she was collecting on a loan that I defaulted on for VIP Loan Shop. She sayd that I have 48 hours to pay $685 for a $400 loan, or they will proceed with garnishing my wages. I did have an original loan with VIP for $400, which I paid in $240. I sent them my letters about their illegality and repeatedly asked for a physical address for which to mail them the principal remaining $160. They have refused to give me an address to pay this off. What should I do? Should I be worried?

I am looking to find out if all these are legal in LA and/or what I can further do to approach them. I have emailed all and some are telling me that I signed a contract and they dont have to be licensed in LA, blah blah blah. I see that LA laws state loans no more than $350 can be given, $45 is the limit for finance fees and no rollovers or refinances are allowed.

hello, please can someone tell me if they can put you in jail for not paying a payday loan at the Ace cash express in florida? they are calling me everyday telling me that they will put me in jail for owing them money and they tell me that they will charge me for bad check even tough i had a bank account at the time i took the loan thank you!!!
