Hi I am Mrs. SC, Part of my pay check has been garnished because of a 2nd mortgage and my house has been foreclosed. I am currently still paying interest and the company that I borrowed the money from has a lawsuit against them and want to know how to go about stopping garnishment from my check and even getting some money back? I came across this forum on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I have been drowing myself in payday loans for months and now and it has recently gotten out of hand. I was taking out new payday loans to pay off old one and neglecting my regular bills in the process because I didn't have the money to pay them. After reading several posts I found that I too am the victim of illegal payday loans. I live in CA and currently have illegal outstanding loans with the following companies: Plain Green, Great Plains, Everest Cash Advance and IdealGelt.

I live in washington state. The bill is from 6 years ago when I lived in Idaho. I need to know if first of all which states SOL would be used and secondly what type of debt is a utility bill. I read various places that it is an open-ended type of debt but need to make certain. Thank you

I currently have 3 payday loans totaling less than 900.00. I had to first take one out to move to another state. Then, two more to pay the bills. I do not want to take anymore out, and would like to consolidate the one's that I have. Is there anyone who can help? I'm trying to pay them off without having to starve.

my father passed 6 yrs ago I got on mom and dad credit card sence then my mother has almost maxed her card out 18k I have called the credit card company 20 plus times to tell and explain to them that im not paying her bill if something would happened to her they have said that i would be responsible for it I have not charge anything on it my mother now is thinking about bankruptcy we have the same credit card number can they come after me or make me have bad credit do i have to file with her

I posted in another thread section about being abused by NPG. They have called my work twice and left a message with my supervisor leaving the name of their company as National Principle Group, contact person is Lydia Burke and number is 877-628-1198 (the second call was after I had told them to cease & desist and that I wasn't allowed to receive calls of this nature at work). They have also called me and a reference who is a friend of mine and left messages indicating they have a claim against me and that they need to speak with me.
