Trying to pay off all my debt, but do I still have the choice of making payments after payments, or must I pay in full?

Hi, I have three payday loans that I have defaulted on. I just had a rep for Arrow head call me and say that I am in big trouble and they are filing federal theft charges. Is this possible?

I got a letter from palisades attorney asking me to make a payment. here is the history of the payment which I am supposed to make 1. I broke the lease on an apartment managed by Southern Management in Florida in 2002. Later on I learnt that, Southern Mangement had put my account to collections. They made me defaulter to an amount of 1500 while it should have been around 700. Also they sold it to Palisades Collection. 2. What i find wrong. a. Firstly, the amount I owe is not correct. It should be $700 and not $1500. b.

How do I make these people go away? They are harrassing me at work and calling my boss. In December I took out a $200 loan for which they wanted $80 in interest. I then discovered this forum and that they (I live in CA) were only legally entitled to $30 interest. I paid them $230. They weren't happy about that. On Jan 7th I received an email from their collections department saying they wanted more money. I emailed them saying I had paid them. Now today they are calling me and my boss saying I owe them $500!! "Chris" told me that if I paid $150 they would mark my account closed.

I noticed that I have on my CR a entry from progressive insurance that says I owe them 80 bucks. Now my question is this, Seeing how they canceled my auto insurance for it back in 2000 can they put in on my credit report since I did NOT benefit from it? I was set up on a 4 month payment plan, I did not pay my insurance payment one month and they canceled me.

I'm considering joining their program but would welcome any feedback (positive or negative that anyone might have on them.

Someone posted this term in another thread which made me ask the question is it possible when applying for credit to have the creditor do a manual review of your credit instead of making the credit call based on your credit/fico score?

I noticed this was an open account on my credit report. This account has no balance, why is it still showing as open?

I was wondering about a company called Stockwell Resources. I applied for a loan and they asked for $1000 up front because of my bad credit history. Is this company reputable?
