Ive done balance transfers, cifi finacial loans, and much more alway look for something to take all my credit card bill and loan pay off through one company. Then have promised low interest loan payment that I can afford. Something that i am paying least half going to my consolidating my bill. So many people out there say they want to help but turn around and don't they just put me in even more debt than im already in. I just want out, i want to know what like to have no worries. Cause for the pass 2 or 3 years ive been lock up in a prison of debt with no bail. Please help me.

does debt consolidation affect your credit rating, score?

I have three negative marks on my credit report. I am not sure if these is an old debt that for some reason has been “ reactived” by unscrupulous bill collectors and turned into two after changing hands or just someone used my personal information to open phone services . I do recall an outstanding bill of $180.00 with GE about 6 years ago. I would like to clear my credit if it is the old skeleton that has been brought back to life ! It shows that I opened the accounts in 2005- and two were sold to one agency.

Today, my grandma called me and told me that Iowa officials have placed an alert to all GED recepients that received their GED diplomas from 1967-2002 that our personal information is in jeopardy. From the way she understood it that someone hacked into the Iowa Department of Education system and retrieved Names, Addresses and SS#s. They are urging all people who took the courses and received their GEDs to monitor their credit reports. Now as many of you know my husbands identity was stolen in 2005 and oh, what a mess it was. Now mine might be in jeopardy.

hello everyone, I am in a serious payday loan problem and I am seeking desprite advice on how to get out. I live in the state of virginia and have 1 over the counter payday and one internet loan. The internet loan is through paydayok.com and I looked under liecencing for my state and they are not listed there. I have been paying on this loan for about 7 months now and I know i've paid over 1000 dollars in intrest fees. Is there anything thing I can do?

the validation letter that i sent them states this ...sent it thru fax and going to send it priority mail also...they also offered us a settlement deal...5431.30 which we cant afford...well hers the letter.. Quote:
