HI GUYS my name is nicolae and i did have a bad experience whith AI... now the problem is this: i had a collection whith this guys in feb o2006 and paid in full but i recently saw in a credit report that they didn't clear it up...my banker says that i have to ask them for a receipt stating t i've paid in full - which i already did - but they didn't send it...I'm planing on colling again on monday but i could real use some help!!!

I was just wondering how many credit cards a company would consider to many. I currently have 2 and am trying to rebuild my credit. I have very low limits on the card and am currently paying a car off....I didn't know if the 2 cards that I have, which are in good standards and have never been paid late or maxed will really help boost my credit or not. If anyone has any suggestions just let me know. I would appreciate it a lot. thanks!

i have been having problems with debt for a while. i picked a bad industry to go into. the economy is shot here and job lay offs are almost inevitable. i now have a good paying job bartending but i really need to get everything set up so i dont have creditors contacting me, and intrests acrewing constantly. who do you sugest i should go through? my credit is in the toilet, and it all started back in 2000 when i was layed off and forced to use my credit cards to stay afloat. i was unemployed for almost three months!

I didn't know the actor who played Becky's husband on Roseann died in 2002 of a heroin overdose. Hmmm. I just didn't know that.

I recently reviewed my credit report and it shows a medical collection from 2001, at that time, I was not over 21, was in college, and was still under my mother's insurance. If she did not pay that bill of 245.00, am I now responsible for that since I was the one at the hospital? I am shocked by how ruthless some of the collection agencies have become. I am floored by orginal creditors using the same sleazy tactics and debtors not having FDCPA because orginal creditor exclusion. We should stand up as a community to start and eventually as a nation and say that's it. I will take no more abuse from you!!! There is power when people come together especially educated people. Ask any politician. I welcome all comments.
