my husdand and I are getting taken by SJM as are many on this site, we are putting a stop to the recurring $60 biweekly they have taken from us since lat Sept. early Oct. for a $200 loan we made. Can't seem to get anything on them except one phone # where you just get voice mail. So what else can we do? We have given them $600 as of this past fri. 2/9/07 when they took another $60. They will not get anymore from us, and as far as i'm concerned $600 is well more than the $200 we borrowed. Anyone have any info on them could you please let us know. Thank You. David & Shannon

ok..i need help i am soo stressed out.. i had a credit card with associates that i opened in 99 i stopped making payments in 01 since, i was pregnant and didnt work..in late 05 i started making payments to midland credit management of 50 a month on a 1600 debt..i defaulted in one payment and then they transfered my acoount to nelson watson and associates they contacted me on dec.

I have student loans that total to about $40,000 with Sallie Mae. They didn't start out at this amount, but with all of the interest that has accumulated, that is where I am now. The loans are consolidated right now and when I called to try and get a lower interest rate, I was informed that I am locked in at this rate and there is NOTHING I can do about it. I pay right at $350 a month. Does anyone know if I am seriously locked into this amount, or is there anything I can do to get it lowered? At this rate, I'll be paying $350 for the rest of my life!

I too just got charged ON MY CHECKING ACCOUNT 12.95 for CIC Credit Services. I don't remember signing up for it either.

This is my first post on this (or any other debt collection) forum. I have never held any debt of note because A) I have a Wells Fargo student credit card with a limit of $1800 and B) I always pay the balance by simply transferring it from my checking account as soon as a balance appears for my Visa online (God bless online banking).

Has anyone heard of them or know how to contact them? They debited my checking account and I can't find any info on them. Thanks for any help.
