to Bossy4455, would you believe I can't not get in the site where my messages, profile is. somehow last night I stumble into that site, I logged in and edit profile changing my password, I was able to reply to all 3 forums because I had the Quick Reply box" today I must have gotten stupid overnight because I cannot find this page, nor can I sign in (even using my new password)I see your reply to my question regarding the removal of 2/3 posting and you said you pm me. How do I get into that page? Ugh!! I am so stupid and frustrated!

Well.. As some may remember I had a few loans out with a storefront that was so outside the Law I was shocked when I read the law.. So I stopped paying and they never came after me.. I did file with the AG and DOC.. and guess what I was right Not licenced in the state of CA.. and the DOC is conducting a Investagation.. But they do not have give you any help to get refunds.. and any fines that they might get do not go back to the consumer.. so I guess the state gets richer and I learned a lesson..

Anyone have dealings with them as in default? I have paid in full but they still want more money. I am sending letters to AG, cease and desist, and told them I am filing bankruptcy. Any ideas how they will be?

One of my HSBC cards went to them for collections. When I finally called them, I was treated like a human being and the man I dealt with-AJ Frank, was wonderful!! I had set up this account to be paid off before I ever found this board, but I didn't get any paperwork on it. It's to be paid off this month. Anyhow, I called today and requested a document verifying that x amount would pay this in full. Again, he was very nice and emailed it to me within 10 minutes of our conversation. If Korn calls you, answer it. They're not hard to deal with.
