I have been going back and forth with cash direct express (GECC) regarding overpayment of a loan. Long story short... they WERE sticking to the "were in DELAWARE story... emailing me that i signed the agreement since i was in mass but still i will go by delaware laws... i kept emaliing them that i filed with my AG's office (which i did!!! last monday) and i demand my acct PIF. they were not goingg to do that. Friday i checked my status on line at their website and it was still active w/blance...well today.. i just now check and ZERO blance??? sorry, so excited i can't type!

I'm sorry to say I've let desperation and stupidity get me into the current situation I'm in. I got where I'm at all just too keep my daughter in pre-school because her father decided he didn't need to pay child support. This is awful!! In the 11 years I've lived up north I have never seen this kind of snow or been this cold..We've got blizzard conditions, the roads are a mess, it's 8 degrees, and I'm freakin' stuck in the house!!
