I got called into my supervisor's office today about a message left by a Lydia Burke with National Principle Group concerning a very important legal matter. It was very humiliating, especially since I had no idea what it was in regards to. The number they left was 1-877-628-1198. I googled for more information, but nothing came up on them. So I called only to get the run around and very rude treatment. The only thing they would tell me was that it was concerning an outstanding loan with CashnetUsa and verified my address.

I have been getting calls from FBCS. I just talked to a supervisor named Kevin. Who was very rude and told me that he could do anything with my debt, he could lower it , he was the one in charge and not to mistake his kindness for weakness, Is this Co. for real? Supposedly I owe a debt to this company, I paid this company off in 2007. So now, because I didn't call and get a receipt back then, that was my mistake and now its a debt still owed. He said he couldn't search the system to see what I had paid. So now I am making a complaint to the B.B.B. What else would you recommend that I do.

Issue #1 Hello, a few months ago I looked for info online about possibly getting a loan for around $100 for gas until I got paid the next week. I filled out a form with my info in order to receive information from loan companies. About two weeks later, my account was overdrawn and I checked with my bank and a company called Hydra Fund had withdrawn $90 from my account. They had apparently deposited $150 on the previous friday.

Can companies, such as Cashcall and CashNet USA, garnish wages in the state of VA? Earlier this year, my husband and I had some finiancial stress and needed help. I guaranteed a mortgage refinance for my parents. They eventually were unable to make the payments and have now decided to file for bankruptcy. I have had a decrease in income since they refinanced and cannot afford the payments myself either. they were told that if they file for bankruptcy my credit will no longer be impacted by the foreclosure and their non-payment of the mortgage. The mortgage delinquency already shows on my credit report and I'm not confident that the advice they are getting about how their filing for bankruptcy will impact my credit is correct.
