I have recieved by mail a flyer that states this company can repair credit.They claim bankrupcey,late payments,repos,and all other debt related problems can be erased.My question is how can this be ?

Had a bill collector call for my daughter and this is what was said-your daughter has been in a bad wreck and we need an ambulance but can't find any insurance on her,we need 654.00 dollars ,you can use your credit card for the transaction. I was mad because first my daughter was here looking for jobs on the computer and we had lunch together ,so I told the man on the phone no way and I know that he wanted money.

Hi, I had been harassed by Bass and associates just before Christmas. After finding this forum, I did not call them back again. Last Friday, I got a call from Jackson Phillips asso. (said they were a Processing firm for filing charges). Their phone number is 1-800-871-7730. Has anyone else had any contact with these people? Their story was the sam, that they were going to have me arrested for fraud and bad checks - from a PDL that I have not repaid.

Hi, My name is Michael Brewer I divorced a few years back and had excellent credit. I received way too many credit cards and over used them. Some I have paid down quite far, but by missing a few payments here and there the interest I am paying is crazy. I just had a call from my HR Director about a letter she received from CTC demanding that my company send them money! Not a garnishment, but they wanted my check! I told HR that I was filing bk and under no circumstances send these people money. My HR Director said that she would deal with them.

I've been reading about some types of issues people have had with ameriloan and Pinion Management... I wish I knew all of this stuff before I got the loan! I got a loan from Ameriloan this past summer. I had some bank account issues and it caused one of my payments to Ameriloan to bounce. Several days later, I called them to ask for their Western Union information (I closed my bank account completely after the issues I had)and asked for my balance. I paid the balance ($195) that day through Western Union.
