Hello my name is Jaquie and this is my first post. I have a looming creditor and am not sure as the direction I need to take to deal with them. All 3 agencies report differently and I'm not sure which is accurate. I have previously disputed them with Experian and Exquifax through the credit reporting agencies and Midland does not appear as a negative item on both those reports, but it does on Transunion. This is a debt from long ago and honestly I haven't heard a word from Midland in years about this account.

I replied to a debt consolidation loan from Bank of America. I realized I made a mistake and that rate of 21 % was too much but i didn't know I was also going to be charged a transfer fee.I need help trying to get this debt paid down.

Basically, we got married very young, neither of us had a clue about how to deal with finances and through our own irresponsibility, we now have horrible credit and are trying to repair it. I am replying to this email below: She is right it did work for me and I am mailing a money order to them. I also asked to speak with Aaron Gershfield and that really got them shaken up. I took out a $200.00 loan and I defaulted and I am ending up paying them $555.00. Never again
