Experian reports that I opened a new account on 1/5/07.I don't recall doing so.What should I do?I don't know what kind of account Experian is referring to.

I am in a tremendous amount of CC debt. All my accounts are current and I have never fallen behind. however, it is becoming more and more difficult to make payments and fear I may fall behind soon... I tried to negotiate lower interests rates on my own to no avail. I need assistance on knowing what avenue to take next... Any advice would be great. Thanks Kat

Okay........here it goes! Back in 2003 I went to a really really expensive private school so that I could try to get my schooling over with because you could earn a degree in one year or less. Yah that was a very bad idea. I ended up failing almost all of my classes. Well then I got slammed with the huge tuiton payment that was over 3 thousand dollars. Well at the time my parents couldn't help me with it and they kinda treated it like my punishment for screwing up school was that I had to pay my tuition.

Well I just got married my husband has no idea the money I owe! We are trying to have a baby I want to get rid off all of this. PLEASE HELP TY KIM

I am currently seving in the Virgina Air National Guard, and I need to show that I am makeing an effort to pay all of my debt and still have money to spare.

Does anyone have any info about this collection agency law firm? Have any of you ever had any problems with them? What can I expect from them? They are trying to collect on an old charged off credit card debt that was run up by my old ex-roommate, but I got stuck with the bill.

I started off with a credit card from my bank. I had a hard time paying this one off with the job that I had. Once I got it paid of, I got 2 more credit cards to be able to get my credit built back up. During the time, I purchased a car through my bank also, I onl had about a $8,000 loan with them. I have been good on my payments until July of 2006. I lost all my jobs and I didn't have a job for 3 months. I have gotten myself introuble with a few companies to help me purchase items over the interent.
