can you still get a payday loan after you haved filed for BK ?, if you can show employment and income stream? it's crazy can any one recomend acompany that half decent in an emergency

I have been getting extremely rude calls from allied interstate saying they need me to call them A.S.A.P about a debt my father owes. We admitted my father into a Nursing Home in May, 2005 and he has not lived on his own since then. He has no money and has had no possible way to pay a debt since his social security check goes to the state. I am not sure how they got my number since it is unlisted because my husband is a policeman or my name since I have never signed anything for my parents. What are my rights?

Today, I blocked Venture Zur, MTE Financial and Instant Payday advance at my bank. What should I expect next from them? Venture Zur has been debiting my acct for over 2 yrs I have paid the $300 over and over again! Instant Payday Advance debited my acct for $210 and I had on my record that I had finished paying the, on 12/29/2006! MTE Financial I still owe them $100 (Principal) they debited the account on 1/3/ for $95.00 (50paydown + 45 fee) but since I read last night about them I figured I blocked them and see what happens. I still have 2 more! Please advice!

I have to say thank you to the many that helped me through the PDL Hell.. I took advise and now am PDL free the last of them paid by my tax return. my cash now is offering a settlement that I will take. If they ever send me the info I was suppose to get it today.. oh well also the storefront that had 5 of my checks never did a thing I still am waiting for the Dept of Corp.
