I owe 15,000 to the IRS since 1998. I have been put on a payment plan but I can't afford it. $400.00 per month. I have heard of IRS tax settlement agenies are they scams too. I know one that charges 3,500 to settle. If I had that I would send it to the IRS. Any suggestions?

Once you get all your Credit car and Loan payments up to date and the collections on your report taken care of, how long does it take before your credit score starts going up?

I have a huge amount of credit card debt. Through out college i didnt not have much money for daily life. Everything went onto my credit card. Now that i have a full time job, i want to get rid of all that debt.

Is there a form letter type thing that I can read to the collection agency the next time they call me to stop them calling and get all communications done by mail. I will be recording the conversation as a record if needed for legal action. :wink:

This may seem wierd but I am so not a country music fan, but I friggin love Nashville Star. I have never once watched American Idol. Last season Wynona hosted with Cowboy Troy, but this year Jewel is hosting. Jewel is a pop/rock singer. I have never heard her do any country music, but then again I never tune into country music radio stations. Ok I admit it. I am on my second glass of Chardonnay. My home was aprasied when we ref,at 555,000.00 home 123 screwed us good now the loan is to bundled to sell and now they want to ref again they also said that the appraisal that was done in Aug 2006 at 555,000.00 was adjusted by them to 455,000.00 how is this possible.
