Can I get out of a debt settlement sitution after signing a contract? I have researched the company and they seem good. I have started my payments to them, but this garnishment of wages, sueing, and the rest, is causing me to be scared. Am I the only one in a situation like this? If someone has been through a Debt settlement program please let me know. Debango

This company has called me for over a year and now they are calling my cell phone. I do not know the person they are trying to reach although they seem to think I do. How did they get my cell phone number and how to I get them to stop calling?????

I am in way over my head. Even thinking stupid thoughts because of it. Had surgery and my income was cut in half and now I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel.
