i do not know who this company is but i have gotten payday loans in the past, and i would like to know how the got my new account information, because the bank account i have now is fairly new, i have only had this account maybe 90 days.

how can collection agencies claim that individuals have a legit debt when the accused really does not,but information like ss# is known

I am in business for myself for the 1st year and have managed to accrue over 80,000 in debt from "promising" clients. I have made calls, offers of payment plans, and even a few warrants in debt (which were granted, but I still have not seen any of the money yet- UGH!) I work VERY HARD ~90hrs+/week for a nonfinancially rewarding job. <> I don't want to take people to court, or report on their credit report, I just want to be paid for our veterinary service and fees rendered - Otherwise, I will quickly become bankrupt. <> Any recommendations?

I have a story that i don't know if happened to anyone. To make a real long story short. My father passed away 4 yrs ago. Leaving the business to my brother,mom. Well the business split up. Then my brother went his way and i went mine. Well my mom passed away 2 yrs ago. Leaving me to run the whole business. Well with then fiance' to help out. It was tough to do it all,bookeeping,orders,paying bills,and such(sporting goods store). Well i also had filed chapter 7. Well when my mom dies,i didn't get my own taxes done for 2005.

I don't have a clue as to what to do....I am in so far over my head.I have 4 payday loans..I can't continue to survive. I can't get any paid down, so I can get rid of them. I just keep paying the "fee" and rolling it over. It is so bad this last time (payday) that for two weeks I ate anything that I could find left over from co-workers lunch....could not even but a meal from the $1.00 menu......My question for anyone out there is .....If I close my bank account what will happen to me? It is a felony? Will I go to jail, when they put the check thru and it comes back to them as account closed?
