im a little knew to this and the question maybe basic but i was wondering if debt concolodation wqas limited to credit cards or if automotive loans could be included

I'm working with a debt counselor right now to get my loans taken care of. In the process of doing some research, I typed in CashNet500's URL and I get a page for Payday-Loan-Yes. Right in the middle of the page, there's a message that says CashNet500 is not a lender. When I took out the loan, CashNet500's page came up. Can someone fill me in on what is going on with CashNet500? Did they sell out to another company or simply change their name and website appearance?

This is the first time I've dealt with anyone there not leaving the generic number always posted. He contacted me with a harassing message from 904-982-0091. He did not say what his title was, but he said that the case had been turned over to him from another department and that he would personally be coming to my house to get a check from me since I informed Mr. Hagan that my account would not allow ACH payments anymore.

as many people here I have some pdls out. yes i want to work these out but at the moment I'm stuck. I hate to say I need a loan but I do. there is no family or friends to ask for money (trust me I would ask). Now I can live in the car or walk the miles to & back from work. I dont even have a home phone. I need help. truly. My horrible credit leaves me to the mercy of payday loans. can anyone help? Won't working with a credit counselor still leave me without electric & water for a while?? I don't know how this got away from me but I can't even afford my medications anymore.

Can pdls be under debt consolidation?

I have 4 pdl loans and I can't pay they off, so I've just been paying interest and fees. I live in PA and they are illegal but the companies are all in DE...payday ok, payday select and americash advance. Can these be included in my debt consolidation or should I just default on them? I can't continue to live like this and it's starting to affect my health.

what to do if a junk debt buyer is calling you three times a day. calling you a liar and stating that they will sue you so get lawyer. And telling your mom she does not know how to raise a child and her daughter does not know how to pay her bills
