A deduction from loanshop/kemper is being taken out of our account every payday and I can't find a website to view accounts or contact them to do a cease and desist. Anybody know this company. I logged on once and it said we had no loan when I asked them to show proof o believe another company named Trenton was provided. I am confused and want them gone.

I have done quite a bit of reading an research, so I'm pretty sure I know what to do. But it never hurts just to verify it all.... I live in Texas. I had a debt written off by Capital 1 (personal medical loan), and sold off. Got a credit report last year, which stated it was 'purchased by other lender'. It also shows that last payment was Nov 2007, and written off 2008. I have *NEVER* talked to any CA's, or responded to any correspondence. Normally I don't take calls from numbers I don't know, hence I've never had the mispleasure of talking to one.

Hello.... Quick break down of my situation. I live in Chicago and Im currently a student (RN major). I work as a security Guard. I make no more than 1300 per month (paid bi weekly). I rent and after I pay utility bills, rent etc Im left with around $270 per month to by personal items, bus cards, etc. My total debt is no more than 8.5k. Majority being credit card bills. The biggest portion of that debt is tied up with one credit card that I had.

I was living in PA and had a payday loan via the internet. Had to leave PA to escape an abusive husband so loan was defaulted. Now, 6 years later I have some company called Communication One Inc (this is what comes up when I do a reverse search, calling saying they are taking legal action, etc, etc. Their number is 518-621-58**. Ever heard of them? Oh, they also claim to be from a law office, no name, and from the National Check Registry. They are located in New York. I now live in AZ. At the time of the loan I think they asked for a check. So - is this fraud?

cbe lawyer sent sheriff to serve civil suit. The hospital patient who owes moved 12 years ago. I told hospital repeatedly. CBE never contacted thru validation letter etc. Do I have recourse?? Who in Iowa may i complain to?
