Hello, everyone. One more question from me about returning calls from allied interstate. They've been leaving 2 different recorded messages on my machine, and the callback numbers are different. Should I just choose one and deal with that? And if I do, how will the other computer-dial system know I've responded? Thanks! Diva In other news, it looks like the legitimate debt that's on my credit report was actually paid up earlier this summer to the original creditor (medical clinic), and somehow there's been a miscommunication between the clinic and the CA.

SO I recently got a copy of my credit report. Everything on my report I could account for except for this account with Palicades Collection. I read someone else's question about this company and thought that perhaps since they're a repeat topic that someone might have some contact information for them. I am almost certain that this is a false claim... since this is the first I am hearing about them and I've never received any collection letters for the sum of money that is on the credit report. I'd like to try to get it taken care of so if anyone could help that'd be great.

Well i contacted them and told them voice this time they were no longer authorized to debit my account. Was put on hold and given to a supervisor and I told him i emailed and faxed the revocation letter to them and they had best not do it. Of course he stammered a minute and said okay but now i will owe them a lot more money because i am defaulting on my debt. I stated that their fees where not in accordance with oklahoma law and the terms of their contract requiring ACH debit were not either as stated in OK State Statute Title 59 and that they were not licensed to conduct business here.

I gave the University of Phoenix my cell# (required)yesterday when I requested info. From 8:30 this morning until 5:37 tonight, I have received 4 calls. When I googled the number(602)713-4343, the state of AZ was what came up. It is logical it is the U of Phoenix - but why no message? And why 4 calls? This annoyance is nothing anyone wants, I don't know what kind of sales pitch these ppl think they are giving - "Hi, I annoy you, what do you mean you don't want want to patronize my business?" It puts me off the idea of speaking to them to a large degree before I even pick up the phone.
