:shock: Hello all!! Stumbled upon this site at work while worrying about how to pay off 1000.00 worth of pdl's (between me and my husband). They are now 3weeks past due and I dont know what I am suppossed to do with all of the regular bills coming in!!!!!

I am currently paying off 'many' PDL's that I defaulted on. Four of these are internet PDL and are not licensed in my state of Oregon. Can I refuse to pay any additional amount above the principle owed? I've read some horror stories on this forum, but so far everyone is working with me. The toughest to work with has been mycashnow. They have said they will talk about a final settlement after I have paid the original $1000.00 principle. I will have this done next month. I just want to know if I have some leverage since thsy are not licensed in my state.

my mortgage payment is due on the 2nd of each month and I have not paid last month payment, so I have two payments due tomorrow. Will this be considered thirty days tomorrow or do I have through tomorrow before they report to the credit bureau?
