I was looking into trying to consolidating all my hospital bills to improve my credit.

Is there any credit couseling or debt consolidation company that can help me with these payday loans? I've tried a couple but they all will help EXCEPT with payday loans. I'm at a point where the debt is not so bad - do I have to go over the edge to get help?

Could anyone tell me how to deal with A S & associates? Phone number 866-331-6161? They called me today and said I had to come up with half of what I owe on a pay day loan today or they were taking me to court and that it would cost and extra $750.00 because they tried to debit my account and it came back NSF. They said that I will do jail time for a returned check and a warrant will be issued for my arrest today. Can anyone tell me if they can do this? What can I do. I can't pay anything for over a week, but I tried to make arrangements to get it paid within 30 day.

I too have recently taken a loan with these people. My account was debited for $90.00 on a $300.00 doallar loan when the transaction I signed for was only $80.00 to be deducted. So I owe them $290.00 now and how do I pay this in full because they sound like a horrible company to do business with? Does anyone have an address so I can send them the money on my own?

Okay, as most of you know I am fighting a couple of CA's regarding these accounts. I checked my credit report and it states both of my Household Accounts were charged off. This was due to my lousy debt settlement process but that's another story. Okay, payments have been cashed by HSBC on both accounts this month. I have paid nothing to the CA's because I am still waiting to hear back on the dv letters that I sent out over the past couple of weeks.
