i have tried several times to pay off my loan with zip cash but there is no phone number or web site to do so. i have now paid $590 for a $300 loan and i still have 5 payments left. when i came to this web site i got the riscuity number and called them. they basically laughed at me and wanted to know where i got their number from. can someone please tell me zipcash phone number before i waste anymore money. email address removed as per forum rules - Mike

I don't know how Excel got my info but I have never had a loan with Pnc Bank in Ky and this company is listed on my credit report. When I called they won't give me an address to dispute and they are all so very secretive, I just want to know what this debt is and how to dispute and to do that I need a valid address which I can't get from them. How can this company (Arrowhead Investment) take multiple withdrawls from an account for the same debt?

I borrowed $350 from them and have since paid them back $210 ($105 per pay period). According to the OK laws - they were charging me $105 per pay period instead of the $45 plus $.46 cents. I would like to work out a payoff payment plan, however, I want to be sure I have my figures correct before I discuss my account with them. I checked the Oklahoma Licensing website and they are the only IPDL that is licensed in Oklahoma. I closed my bank account and have since been trying to work out payment plans with the IPDL's - hopefully they will work with me. Thanks again.

CAs are calling me night and day. Many of my cc accounts are due any day now and some have not received payments for 5 months. I am working with a debt consolodation company but they won't be able to contact these companies until the latter part of next week, after my deadlines pass, probably. I'm afraid they will send me to the next step, whatever that is, and then my debt consolodation efforts will be in vain. All these CAs tell me they don't work with these services, but the lady at CCCS told me they do. What should I say to them when they call.

you have a court date and you are a no show ,can the judge order you picked up and thrown in jail. Still having problems with my daughter she won't talk to none of the collection agencys,her excuse is they have not done anything to me for almost 3 years and if I have had papers drawn to take her to court she says she doesn't know about it and it doesn't matter because nothing happens.I have tried to tell her that no she can not be arrested for unpaid debt but not showing up for court she could be.One account she owes over 4,000 dollars and others over 3,500 dollars ,and her creditors do nothin

Anyone know the Statue of Limitations in WI for the Dept of Revenue? Sales Tax that was due in 1996 can they still collect on it. I was told that there is none. Anyone have any idea. Much appreciated. Thanks

first i want to thank everyone in the forums that have helped and encourage me to keep up the fight agaisnt the PDL thieves. I found the site in october when i thought there was no way out and was overwhelmed, frustrated and getting like 30 calls a day and my bank account was $800 on the hole. well i have to say today (knock on wood) i can breath so much better. first I finally closed my bank account!!!!
