I get a lot of out of area calls and 1-800 calls and if I don't know who they are I don't answer them. So yesterday I get this letter from True Logic saying that I have been ignoring their phone calls so I REEALLY NEED TO RESPOND - IMMEDIATELY! It is for some Sears bill that isn't even on my credit report. I mentioned this to my daughter and she said that she took a call from someone from there and asked what it was about - they told her that the bill was from 1994. I don't even remember having a credit card from sears.

I can certainly back up the ineptitude of arrowhead investment. They hit for twice in one week on my checking acct, even though, the first hit bounced,on my mistake. Most reputable payday greedmonger companies wait until the next pay period and then charge the double refinance fee. does anyone know where this half-a**es company originates from? anonymous

I just paid $320 dollars on my outstanding payday loan its been 3 weeks and now i get a phone call from some collecter can they seek legal action against me even though im trying my best to pay this money back?

I have several payday loans. Can these lenders be negotiated for a payment arrangement?

Other than paying them off. They have collected 1080.00 from me on a 300.00 loan and refuse to call it quits, without me paying them the 300.00 originally borrowed.

I am not mad about it, I just wanted to let you all know that the heat is turned up on all CA's because less people have anything at all to pay this time of year. I know you all are here to rag on most of the agencies that call you, but if it makes the community feel better, business is horrible this month. I hope i made some peoples day!

Does anyone know who eastsidelenders are I originally filed an application with ameriloan and got them contacting me.

I am having the same problem the rest of these people are having. Who is B&L Marketing and is ameriloan associated with this compamy? I applied for a $300.00 Loan. I paid it up to the last $50 and for 2 and 1/2 months they are still taking $90 plus $50 and $30 and I can't get in contacrt with them to stop this rip off.
