I need pinion north, alb, new mexico, region managers name, this office keeps hanging up on me.

I was in a lot of sucky debt because of school and stupid credit cards. So I thought that I would take out some payday loans to help me get ahead but now I am TOTALLY SCREWED. I can't find addresses for some of these people and some of them won't make payment arrangements with me. They demand that I pay them my amount in full..............UM NO! I have no money that is why I took out the loan. Some of my loans are from: Route 66 Funding MTE Financial DMS Marketing B&L Marketing Do you guys have any addresses for these people?!!!!!

This all started when I had kidney stones and couldn't pay the doctor's bills that my insurance company didn't cover. Now, a year later, I have 10 payday loans that are outstanding and my bank account has been frozen.. All on top of the bills I already had. I'm not sure where to start..

So Ive decided to dispute stuff on my report. What are the next steps? What's the best address to send this stuff to? What type of letter do I send? Are there form letters I can use? Thanks

I am now getting threats from them about legal action and I want to see if they can pursue it or not?
