I just recently moved from New Jersey to Nevada. It wasn't until I got to NV that I tracked down my credit account (formally with Credit One Bank). It had been charged off, sold to Collect America and is now in the hands of Bronson & Migliaccio. I never received any notice from eiter Collect America or B&M Law regarding this account. I was the one who tracked them down in an attempt to make good on my debt.

I hope someone can tell me what to do next. I took out a loan for $300.00 on July 19, 2006. I was debited $90.00 every two weeks until Sept. 22 when they took $140.00 and then $125.00 on OCt. 6, since then I haven't paid them anything, now they are telling me Lynn, Paul, and Taheerah that they are going to send the authorities after me and even called my supervisor to tell my supervisor they are sending the authorities. They are telling me that I still owe $365.00.

Does anyone know if Cashnet 500 has a license in Florida, I'm having the same problems with them! Thanks!
