I have recently received a statement from your firm today, for collections. I would like to know where you get your information from and how do you know that the person you are sending to; is in fact the person that owes the debt? You have sent this collection notice to Mr. Paul Alan Chapman; of which has suffered a severe financial theft, via the Wells Fargo Bank.

Why are you withdrawing $60 from my savings every payday?

Please help,I would like to consolidate 8 internet payday loans... how can I go about it. All the intrests is eating up my pay checks and now I'am behind on other financial obligations.

Knowing what I know now I never would of taken out any PDL's. But I did and now Exprescash is withdrawing funds from my account. I will try contacting my bank to block them but I can't open a new account because the PDL's have reported me for check writing violations. I took out these loans in 2003 and 2004. I had been paying them but I got laid-off and couldn't swing it anymore. I know that I am responsible but I also can't afford all of the penalties that are being assessed. Another problem I have is that I have no idea how many accounts I have out there.

I recieved a phone call today from bass and associates out from jacksonville, fl. the lady was nice and told me that if i don't pay before 6pm that seminole county court will have my file and that i should get a lawyer. she told me that sometime last year in october, i had taken out a (200.00)loan from fsm group and had not paid it back. though i never recieved a final warning letter or anything. i must have forgotten about it.

My husband and I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, we go to court the end of January 2007, I had a creditor call me last week, I gave her all information, lawyer, case ID and such, now yesterday and today we have gotten calls from that company to tell us are going to charge off account and will show bad and giving me chance to pay our payment. Please help me to the site that will give me some information on how to report them, they have called our family twice and want to report them. I know legally they can not continue to call and want to fight fire with fire.

We received a letter from First National Collection Bureau about charges to a place we have never heard of. Apparently it is a jewelry store named Samuels/ Samuels, whoever they are. Anyhow, my husband received the letter and called on the so called debt they say he owes. When he told them he had never even heard of that place, the lady promptly said "sorry sir, I will make a note of that on your account" and hung up quickly. Is this all it takes? Should we do something else to make sure this false debt doesn't ruin his credit?
