Happy Birthday Christmas Baby!

I have a t mobile bill or it may be sprint, that i needed to pay about 5 yrs ago. i shut down the service but they still kept billing me every month and now it's screwing up my credit. i didn't have the money to pay for it before, but now i do. it went to a collection agency and by what i read on this site everyone said "it's a collection agency that doesn't want your money". Am i going to go to jail if they get into contact with me? how can i pay it off safely with no trouble or fraud? it's really hard to buy a car, but i have a new one b/c the dealer was a cool guy.

If you are having problems with companies ripping you off you can post complaints on he web site ripoff.com.It will help you and others get these people exposed to their criminal scams. It has helped me. p.s. To the first person who responds to this post will receive all my credits.

Ok....Just to let you guys in and some info that is missing that may have confused the thread.Someone come on here using my nic with an ugly addage to bash people including BEAUTY and myself.I was a mulitpul substance abuser incuding METH,COCAIN,any kind of pills I could get my hands on and was a bigtime DRUNK!!!Some stories sound to good to be true I admit.NOONR knows until they have walked the "trip" arm and arm with that person ad seen every move they made.

I am a small business owner with one employee. She "books" all of the physical work/labor I perform. I've been in business since 1999. My business was doing "fine" (I'm not going to get rich, but I like what I do). In February of 2006, I had to have emergency surgery. I tried going back to work too soon, which made my situation worse. My "regular clients" looked elsewhere to have their needs met. It's been hard trying to get these clients back. I had NO INCOME from May through August, what so ever. I started living on my credit cards.

When you think it cant get any worse. The AG put this in paper today. Some gift cards are a scam. They are charging user fees for them. The AG is advising people to choose with care the type of gift card you buy and know the terms. People are getting ripped off again. KYSIDE38
