I live in pa and have been contacted by an agency that I owe money to IDT phone service. Now they can't supply me with a service address or want to hear that I never had this service. It has never apeared on my credit report and the service "date" is from a time when I had no service.This is the first time I am hearing about this and have no intention of paying for someone elses bill. What are my legal actions and for S&G's what is the statue of limitations on collectiig a debt of this type. What do I need to do to prove to them that I do not owe this debt.

I also was recently informed of an apparent debt that I owed Bally Total Fitness Corp for $2,700 from 2001!! I had signed a 1 year contract with them (at the age of 19) and was then sexually harrassed by one of thier employees on two seperate occasions. I contacted customer service and they told me to write a letter to request termination of my account stating every detail of what happened. i did so. i also moved at this time, never, EVER assuming that a corporation that big would do anything but grant my wish for termination under the circumstances.

I have a court date set for this Thursday at my local magistrate for an old Sears account bought by LNVN. Ihave already been there 2 times for this. The 1st time they did not show and apparently had asked for a continuance that i did not recieve in the mail until 2 days later.

I have five small loans that I would like to consolidate all into one payment, if it is possible I would like to have the all paid off, then make one monthly payment.
