Platinum B Services has been taking a twice monthly payment out of my account for who knows how long now with no record sent to me in anyway. After trying to reach them on the phone all you get is a recording to leave a messege to call back. Does this happen all the time?

I have found a web site of a life time at ripoff.com. I just found out that the company that has our car loan is not able to refinance.

I am up to so much debt that it is taking a major part of my life and kind of affecting my goals that I have in life. Hi all, I really need help. My situation is that on the year of 2002 I signed up with Bally's but only went the Gym twice and then cancelled the membership by phone. then on 8/2005 i receive a phone call from asset acceptance llc collecting a debt of $845 from Bally's. I tried to fight this since i really didnt use the Gym, but since it was affecting my credit i decided to pay the debt. 2 days ago i Pulled my credit report and notice that i have a judgment of $3,200 which i didnt know about.

Is there a paid in full sample letter that I can use to send to the Debt Collector/Attorney?I'm going to pay this collector off,and need a good letter to send to them,along with my check.

I just got off the phone with Jimmie from nationwide cash who was a bit testy about the fact that his company did not have to follow any laws but New Mexico and it would take too long to go into how much I paid them on a 300.00 loan. I told him that I had the time - by the time he finished going over the payments I was up to $900+ dollars - on a $300.00 loan - I think that he was floored. I told him that I wanted him to e-mail me a dv, but he said that I had to put it into writing - I e-mailed him. He also said that I had a lot of nerve! I guess I do.

I received a letter from ICS Financial Assoc stating that I would receive a requested loan in the amount of 2500. They even gave me the amount of my payments, interest rates and time of loan. On the contract I received in the mail it states they are "bonded". Is this a company that is legitimate or should I throw the info away?

I sent three e-mails to one click cash to take out the $200.00 principal and $60.00 interest but got no response they only took out the $60.00 interest. Never received a username or passwod.
