I requested a refund from cashadvance.net and I received a call today telling me they would refund my $319.50 that I was overcharged in interest. Can anyone look at the attached documents and tell me if there is anyreason I shouldn't sign the doc? It appears that I will be releasing them once I receive the check.

But the difference is that my last post asks if anyone has successfully used the law to go after the $2,500 and how did they do it.
