My credit union bank statement just showed a transaction for $125 for someone called MTE financial debits.I have never heard of them and cant find out who they are.I have no loans outstanding with anyone (the only online billing i use is utilities and paypay) so I dont know what to do! My paycheck is a direct deposit and i'm afraid they are going to empty my account!HELP PLEASE!

Has anyone heard of gfs? Had to close my account because of internet fraud. Asked them where to send payment and said they could not take payments except through our checking acc.

In the past year or so I have fallen into a situation where I have a lot of debt and not much money to pay it all. I have made some of the usual mistakes like payday loans, and I have signed on with a credit settlement company. My worry is being arrested or having to go to court. I worry because of the missed payments, bounced checks and overdrawn checking account thats been closed. I am talking to my creditors and trying to pay all that I can, I'm not ignoring their calls or anything.

Are there laws governing installment loans at these payday loan places?

I was able to successfully have one remove, however I recently pulled up my credit report and I have the same company Midland double charge on my credit for the same amount, a cell phone carrier with a wrong amount and a credit card company that I stopped using since 1993. Could you best advice me what I should do in order to handle this? Thanks... greatly appreciated.

I had a payday loan with Instant Cash and MTE financial are draining my account. I borrowed $300 and so far MTE has taken over $1200 out of my account. I am always over drawn and don't know what to do about this. Any suggestions?
