I do not understand what a payday loan is. Is this a non-profit organazation?

I am supposed to make a payment with debt reduction Services today and my VA check was deposited into the wrong account. Now , I don't have any money to pay them? I am sunk.

How can I combine my debits into one. I tried on my own but it seems to get worse. There is one loan that I tried to resolve but instead I got harrass by the guy need your help pelase.

Well my story is not a unique one I'm sure but nonetheless. I was working for a good high tech company and had a great salary with stocks, pension and all of that. It was just my wife and I. We had just started the process of buying a house. I am also in the military reserves. When the terrorist attacks happened on Sept. 11, I was ready and thought I might be called up. Indeed I was called to active duty in October of that same year. I spent two years on military duty. When the time came to be discharged, I notified my employer within 2 months of being discharged.

I have loans that are taken directly out of my checking accout every two weeks that I cannot get ahold of. Payday Two and ICS. If anyone could help me contact these two stations, I'd really appreciate it.

I was told today by a debt consolidation company, Mezey & Associates that no one would take my case because the amounts involved are now judgments. My story is very long and involves a five-year bout with depression and Paxil, which is how it all got to be this bad. Two of the judgements I never received subpoenas for, so never had a chance. One is held by Mel Harris and they just went after my personal checking account.

Is there anyway to find out what your debt is without going through this company? My work schedule does not allow me to be at home after 8am or before 9pm since I am currently working out of town and my roomate is sick of the calls. Is there anyway I can find out what this is about and take care of it without going through them?
