My husband is military. In 2006, I got an unsecured loan from HFC/Beneficial. I made payments on it until October 2010. When I got the loan we lived in Washington. We moved to Louisiana in 2009. I went delinquent a year later AFTER we moved to Louisiana. IF the SOL for Washington applies, I still have 4 years. If the SOL for Louisiana applies, I have a year left on this. BUUTTTT, it looks like we are moving. Again. To maybe Virginia in December. So would the SOL for Virginia then apply?????

After you close your account and your employer mandates that you have direct deposit and you have to reopen another account. Can the account that was closed be reopended and you be charged with the transactions and overdraft fees anyway.

How can I cosolidate my loans, I have paid triple what I have borrowed, a mothly payment would be so much better

I was recently served papers on a non-payment of a credit card from 1999. When I call the collection agency. They say it was for a chase bank card in 1999. I don't recall having a credit card in 1999. How am I able to find out if this is my debt? If my account debt has been bought and sold several times since 1999, how am I able to tell who is the original creditor? The debt recovery place only wants to know if I am going to pay the debt. They were not very friendly. The original card they say was 2,500 now with the fees over 12 years the balance is 14,458.00. I am feeling crazy.

I think this may be the answer to getting my debt under control - how do you go about securing a loan - who provides that type of service?

Please confirm that you guys work with Gurstel Chargo Attorneys at Law, they contacted me and were very rude and combative. If I do in fact owe a debt then I am more then willing to pay it, I was just trying to get the facts.
