I have a question? I had approx. 10 internet PDL's and I closed my checking account in Nov., rovoked my wage with holding with my employer, but they told me that without a court order nothing could be with held anyway. Now it has been almost 2 weeks and I have not heard from a single lender. Is the calm before the storm? I requested reasonable payment plans, but no one was willing to do this. Now things are very quiet. I was harrassed non-stop at first. Now nothing. Does anyone have any advice?

They mailed her a motion for summary judgment which we assume they will file with our county court. The letter was not even certified or served by a sheriff the way that the initial suit was served.
