I also have been gettin gcalls on my cell phone from this phone number. I called them and asked them to remove me from their call list. Legally, they are required to do so since it is a solicitation call. If you have recently applied for credit or any other inquiries have been done, thats why they have your number and thats where they get you information.

I just got a call from Prince Parker & Associates. They are calling regarding a $45.00 hospital bill that I had from 2005. I paid this bill with the previous collection agency that first had it. They are saying that the client (hospital) turned it over to them since I hadn't paid it. I still have the bank statement of where I mailed them a check, and also the check duplicate. Who should I contact?? The hospital or the other agency?? Oh yea, and the other agency is still reporting it as derogatory on my CR..

Once you get paid for your points, how do you know your balance. I have got paid 2 times and my balance is still the same. I was just wondering if it stayed the same or if it will change after I get paid the 3rd time??
