Ok, as every knows I have had a heck of a time getting Paychecktoday to answer me. I had been unable to get past the first page after login, it said first: "We have your payment arrangements, $110 will be deducted on 12/1", then after much faxing and emails it said "STATUS: DENY NEW: We are unable to offer you a loan" and now it says "STATUS: INACTIVE Reactivate My Loan". Even the phone number I could never get to let me leave a message now lets me. Does any one have an idea of what is going on?

I also have been gettin gcalls on my cell phone from this phone number. I called them and asked them to remove me from their call list. Legally, they are required to do so since it is a solicitation call. If you have recently applied for credit or any other inquiries have been done, thats why they have your number and thats where they get you information.

I just got a call from Prince Parker & Associates. They are calling regarding a $45.00 hospital bill that I had from 2005. I paid this bill with the previous collection agency that first had it. They are saying that the client (hospital) turned it over to them since I hadn't paid it. I still have the bank statement of where I mailed them a check, and also the check duplicate. Who should I contact?? The hospital or the other agency?? Oh yea, and the other agency is still reporting it as derogatory on my CR..

Waiting on consultant to call from Federated Financial Counseling Services. Anyone ever used them or heard of them??

Once you get paid for your points, how do you know your balance. I have got paid 2 times and my balance is still the same. I was just wondering if it stayed the same or if it will change after I get paid the 3rd time??

I am being sued by target national bank I was handed a summons to court by a private decetive last week and have 20 days to answer. I contaCTED hESS KENNEDY LAST WEEK AND TALKED TO dONAVAN IT IS NEVER THE SAME PERSON when I call. He was going to send me info on my accounts and never did I could not wait so I had to send the papers to the court and there lawyers they have the fax that I had to spend $4.00 to send.Have not heard from anyone in my email.
