I am trying to consolidate all my bills into one monthly payment and build my credit history. But, thing is my credit won't allow me to get a loan, because of past delinquencies and a paid-off judgement that hasn't been removed. Could someone tell me if there are loan companies that are willing to lend to High risk credit people. :cry:

I just got a call from one of the reps at Zwicker and Associates. I was told that if I didn't pay 20% of my Sally Mae loan I will get sued, and also that my payments cannot be the $50-$100 that I can afford a month? Is there anything I can do? Can they sue me for not coming up with $2000 in a week?

I may be a bit out of the loop here but I just found this forum. I have CPD breathing down my neck saying they are going to sue me even after I have tried to make payment arrangements. I refuse to deal with them over the phone and have requested that they respond in writing, but to no avail. They have tacked on almost $600 in fees on a $300 loan! Help, what can I do? Isn't there a limit on how much they can keep charging? And don't they have to try to arrange some kind of payments with me if I am offering the same?

Okay, so this BCR place calls me with the usual 2 numbers showing up on caller ID (619-374-0125 and 888-714-2338) so I call them back at your number listed here of 800-831-7311 only to have them ask if I know a "Passion Jones". Who the heck is that? I say no and he says okay we'll remove you from our list. Wouldn't you think if I legitimately owed $$ for something they would tell me why they called? Also on the caller ID it says something about Cingular Wireless.... since I have NO cell phone and never have I think they are actually calling us from bogus cell phones (?).

I have been contacted by a company called Bass enterprises. They say they represent the U.S National Bank (which I couldn't locate on the web) Supposedly Platinum B services is in default to this bank and this company has been retained to collect the money I owed PBS. I don't hink i owed them anything. These guys threatened to have me arrested. They say I owe 287 I sent them $100 Has anyone had experience with Bass enterprises
