I am from Pa. I have too many payday loans. I am going to close my account because the bank we are with has screwed us over so many times and this last time topped it. But i have cashnet for 350 i have paid 180 just in finances. I owe route 66 funding whom i can not find any way to contact them at all i owe them 200 i have paid them 225. i owe one magnum cash for 500 they only charge 67 for the 500. But i need to get out of these and i am closing my account. Now can cahsnet be legal in my state if pdl are prohibited? What will happen?? ok thanks for the help. Jess

How do I get collection agencies to stop selling a paid debt to each other?I have received a letter from Palisades Collection LLC in an attempt to collect a debt that was actually never owed and has been proven via AT&T and all 3 credit bureaus to be paid in full and a non issue. AT&T made an accounting error on my account and I can't get their error to stop following me. This is the third collection agency that has purchased this unowed debt and for two years I have had to keep fighting them.

Hey folks, I have a question regarding store front pdls. I defaulted on my pdls and put stop payment on the checks. I informed all three places that I did that. 2 out of three are ok and accepted arrangements but did explain that the checks would be deposited (they were and sent back "stop payment"). The 3rd went and electronically deposited my check and because the bank did not recognize the transaction without a check #- they honored it and now my account is in the hole. Can pdls do that? I wrote a check.

I moved to denver when i was 16 to attend community college, i ennded up getting a bank account with a credit card, and also buying a car because my old car was costing alot to repair. i ended up maxing out my dredit card and getting an appartment, i slowly started sliding further and further into debt. i then was admited to a hospital and got stuck with a huge bill. from that point i have been feeling like i have not been able to get back on top. im 19 and stressed out from owing so many people money, im loosing my hair....--Thomas
