Hello I was looking up a company to see if they where legit and noticed a poster here had a similiar experience. A couple of weeks ago I recieved a call from crsi claiming I owed $245 on a loan supposedly aquired online. I was shocked. I have never taken a loan out on line nor ever intend to I told the rather rude lady named Wanda. I was unsure if someone had stolen my identity or if she had the wrong person and was not getting any help finding out from this women. All she wanted was to threaten me with law suits, not at all interested in finding out the truth.

I sent letter asking for debt validation and the collection company (LVNV's) lawyer sent letter stating that they had asked the company that the debt was owed to, and they said that we did owe money and an amount, but sent no proof other than their letter. My question is what do they have to send as proof to prove that it is an debt that we owe?

Sprint keeps calling my CELL phone - 864.223.1911.... when you call back, it says the phn number has been disconnected.. I have answered quite a few times and told them to stop calling, b/c it is a marketing call... how do I report them? I even spoke to a Senior Supervisor last week... and STILL get the phone calls.. HELP! Thanks!!!
