what can a cash advance company do when you dont pay

Civil Suit for nonpayment of unsecured debit has been filed. I do not own a home and my vehicle is financed which I am up-side down in value. I have $100 in my bank account. I have thought that filing bankruptcy would be an option but do not have the funds for legal fees. Would the courts declare me judgement proof?

Hey Everyone. i have read post about people getting refunds from this company. They aredoing alot of refunds. This was actually one of the first that WV nailed. I dont think they want to go to court because they know they cant loan in states where prohibited. Just a little bit of info. KYSIDE38

okay si I have a Message from a "Mr. Odom" and he is talking about I am committing a felony and this and that (for closing my bank account). Then he says "maybe you can talk to blank and blank about helping you repay this loan" First of all are they some kind of stalkers!? I never gave them those names (they are names of relatives)and I ceratinly did not give them their phone numbers. I need to find out how much I paid on this loan because I am not paying them a PENNY over the principle amount borrowed. How dare he call me and threaten me saying I committed a felony.
