How likely will a collection agency settle with me if they have already sued me? Case is filed in Ca.

$45000 owed on my car $26000 owed in credit cards

I need some help. I was fired from my job due to a mistake on my part. I couldn't find a job for two months due to being "overqualified" according to interviewers. I finally found one making considerably less, but it is enough to make my monthly bills. My problem is this.. how can I catch up on the bills that went unpaid? Any advice? The bills are just regular living expenses, rent & utilities. I have no credit card debt and I have poor credit due to past mistakes. Please .. some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can I find out how the collection agency got my phone number?

I was successful in getting 4 of my Payday lenders to mark me paid in full, but have now hit a brick wall. I have loans w/Apple Fast Cash $300 loan have paid a total of $1494, Instant Cash loan $200 (I technically owe $60) and Paycheck Today $300 have paid $535. I have called and emailed requesting that I get marked as paid in full for Apple and Paychecktoday immediately and have asked that after I pay $60 to ICTPD I be marked PIF. I was told noway.

I have several payday loans and am finincial desperation please help me figure out a way to get out from under these loans fast.

I was divorced 2 years ago and have not been able to recover financially . I currently owe approx. $19,000 on a car loan and have about $25,000 in credit card debt for which I am paying 30% interest. I am working 2 jobs but it is becoming difficult to make all monthly payments.
