Have told them over 4 months now she doesn't live here and now they have sent her these letters or something that looks like they might need her attention maybe court papers ,I don't know. My daughter is 25 and took off she took to the road and I really don't know where she is .I have wrote on these envolopes return to sender no such person lives at this address so as of Monday Morning they are going back. Funny they don't have any company name of the mail just an address.How many times do I have to tell them she does not live here and I have no forwarding add or phone number.

I also have had dealings with midland. and I'm not sure when the statute of limitations apply in my case. I live in New Jersey and I started this account back in 1990,91. and they are just deciding to take my situation with them through the courts. I stopped payments around 2001,02. can they still collect on this debt? I have no problem dealing with this I just want to make sure they are not doing something that I don't understand.

My boyfriends dad just found out that his old landlord is going to sue him for rent on a building that he use to rent. The landlord is claim a year worth of rent valued at three thousand a month for a year. How long does he have to purse it.

My very first pdl was with QuickPayday, and I think I took out 2 or 3 $500 loans with them before it was over. I see that they are no longer doing loans, but refer you to other lenders, and I've also read about them getting busted. Question is.....has anyone been successful in getting refunds out of them. They owe me well over $1500 for what I've overpaid in fees.

My husband is out of work but hopefully going back sin the next 2 weeks. We have a 2 yr arm mortgage that is up in May. We are considering debt consolidation but not sure how it will affect re-financing the house in May. With my husbands job he will possible be getting a company car and we will no longer need the truck he bought a year ago. Not sure how else to get out of it other than to let it go. Any experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
