My husband and I bought a house about 4 years ago. Last year we found out we were expecting our first baby and we decided to restart our mortgage about 5 months ago and take cash out for credit cards, etc. We did not have the added expense of daycare at the time that we restarted the loan, because we had a person that was living with us to watch the baby during the day for the price of rent.

I recently joined a debt management program but unsure if I made the right decision. I lost my part-time job that I’ve had for about a year due to unexpected staff cuts back in August. Since then I have been unable to pay some of my bills. I joined a debt management program hoping that it will help a little bit. Payments are scheduled to start 12/6/06. These past few months though I’ve been getting hounded with creditors calls, in which one creditor was calling my job, which is very jeapordizing. I don’t even know how they got my work number.

How do I find info about the points system??

I need to locate DMS Marketing Express Cash before they take more money from my account, is there anybody who has a number o address, e-mail, whatever; where i can communicate with them and settle this matter? thanks for your help.

Is there a place I can see an example to this type of letter. Maybe there should be a place on this site with examples of all letters we can use to help with debt relief. It may be here and I am not lookin gin the right spot. Thanks!

I have numerous payday loans and recently had my checking account closed. So now I am trying to contact these companies and I am running into dead ends. I just got a call the other day from Bass & Assoc. and they said they now have my account for collections. They want me to pay $821 for one loan and about $800 for another. The first guy I talked with was very rude, but put me through to his supervisor who was very nice and the person that contacted me today was also very nice.
