I have a phone bill from fl. How long is the staute of limitations on that?

On november 14, 2006 I received a letter anotifying me about a debt of $1,746.93 and I don't even know what it is about. I urgently need an email from you about this information . Hi, I need to get out from under this pdl thing. Where do I start? There is so much information on this site that it's difficult to even get started. Any help would be appreciated.

As per a previous post, I have been dealing with Cashnet 500 for some time. I did work out a payment arrangement with them, but only after reporting them to the BBB. I am to send my 1st payment tomorrow. I just got a call at work and saw their number come up. I answered the phone and heard nothing.... I usually hang up, but decided to just sit there this time. A lady came on and was talking to someone else.

Does anybody have the name of a good debt cons company they have worked with? I did sign up under this site and waiting for a call. I have 2 credit cards that have now went to collections. One company does not seem to want to work with me much. Offering a payoff of over $5000. I cannot do this plan and unless I pay 10% of the bill each month (over $700) they will continue collection efforts (lots and lots of phone calls). The other company has worked with me well. Also have a $16,000 payoff left over after a repo.
