Pay Day Loan Mess19 years 2 months ago I have, I think 7 pay day loans. Totally, with fees, to $2550.00. They are eating away at my checking account and I'm behind on everything else, except rent. I live in Alabama and all of these pay day loans were done over the internet. Where can I start?
why collection agency not send legal document -proof own deb19 years 2 months ago am paying legal/collection agency for accident they supposedly bought from insurance agency. all my checks are addressed to insurance agency. legal/collection agency never notified me that they were attempting to collect on debt by mail or phone. they sent ins info regarding the accident, but i still have no real info that they own this debt and have the right to call and harress me over it.

CashnetUSA: Up until last week, CashnetUSA had contacted me every day and called my employer's phone because they were unable to reach me. Well, T&C sent them a letter and they accepted the proposal and received payment as of last week. No phone calls since.
Rio Resources: As you may or may not know, Rio Resources did not accept my offer from T&C as they wish to work arrangments out with me personally.
Cahnet500 just called19 years 2 months ago He said my balance was 600 on a 300 loan and that he was offering me a settlement. I informed him that I contacted the attorney general and that they have to adhere to my state laws on finance charge...and he said indiana's an republican state and they dont follow those laws anymore..???? What the heck does that mean?

How Can I Stop the pdls?19 years 2 months ago I am about to explode because of high stress due to internet payday loans. I have 3 currently open. PaydayOk, Zipcash, and 500fastcash. So far PaydayOK has been ok...no extra charges. 500fastcash has withdrawn two of the same amounts within days of each other. I haven't paid Zipcash yet, but plan to pay it off in full on my next payday. I live in Ohio. I need help.
I realize it's my fault for falling into the trap. However, I have spoken with 500fastcash 4 times today.
