is it true that they pay off the creditors then you pay them???? like a loan

I was just young and dumb and racked up to many bills I got my car reposessed and all my loans are in collections

I was introduced to a debt consolidation organization but they do not take auto loans along with unsecured credit card debt. I have both and want to get help for both not just one. Can I get another recommendation other than the one I already received?

I am in debt because when I got in the navy I was stupid. I found out that I could get just about anything. I went a little haywire. I an tired of living from paycheck to paycheck. I just want to get all of my bills put into one payment and all of the calls to stop. I really could use some help. Thank you Jared

What state you are in? Mississippi Who the loan is with? Check Into Cash, Cash Inc., and Check Exchange. Are they internet or storefront? Storefront I pay a total of $180 every two weeks to renew these and it's killing me. I am trying so hard to get a handle on my finances. This is one of the last things to take care of. I have been in this endless circle for about 4 months now. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE! what is the statute of limitations for medical bills in the state of Florida? I am being hounded by a collecter that bought this debt after 4 years of hearing nothing about it. They seem to be in a hurry to recoup any money or commitment to pay.

My husband has passed away and 500fastcash will not cooperate with me. I have faxed, emailed, called, done everything they ask. NO help. I have reported them to the BBB,FTC, and Mi. Attorney Genereal. How long before 500fastcash will respond? I sent out the complaints yesterday. And I forwarded all the complaints to 500fastcash. I still haven't heard anything.

i just have a few ?s on an accoutn apparently bought buy another lender..i got a collection letter from true logic for an apparent old cc debt of mine..it says creditor is HSBC GENE , Present owner is IDT CARMEL..I think HSBC is a GM mastercard.but never heard of a IDT CARMEL..Does that mean that they now own the account or what?also i did find an old bill i got about 8 months ago from Enhanced Recovery for teh same account. the only thing is teh amount has increased by 3100.00 in 8 months.. does that sound right for 8 months???any help would be appreciated..
