I am in deep and do not see anyway out. I had to use a payday loan to pay off a bill and now we can't pay back the payday loan, because we had some money taken out of our monthly pay check. We have no other resources. Does anyone have any clue how to get out of this mess? We're late on every other bill too so I can't borrow from one to catch up. I'm stuck!!

I live in Ohio and have a few IPDL's that I can't pay. One of them, DMS Marketing/xpresscash, called to threaten me yesterday. They sent me an email demanding a money gram by today. Below is the email I sent them and the response they gave me: Brad I just wanted to let you know that I did receive your e-mail and while I will not be able to provide payment by tomorrow, I would like to see what repayment options are available. If you decide to move forward with action without consideration of a payment arrangement , I will need some information from you prior to the hearing for my records.

I have a student loan from many years ago. I am in collections and can`t afford to pay what they are asking. the amount I owe is more than double the amount of the original loan. I can`t afford to pay much and I haven`t paid anything in years. I am on the verge of being garnished and the amount they want down to start payments is more than I can offord. is there anything I can do.

I received a settlement letter and confirmation of a refund for NSF and misc fees from an internet payday loan. it stated this was confidential and that I could be sued for a large (5 figure) dollar amount for disclosing. What does this mean? I am registered here but choose to remain annonymous. Just glad that I don't owe them anymore money and that I am getting money back.

Hello everyone, I recently closed my checking account because of payday loans. However, I find myself still in need of an unsecured personal loan. My credit score is low --- in the 300 range. Any suggestions anyone?

I too have payday loans that are causing problems. I closed the account because I am about to go thru surgery and i am very afraid about the loans. Can anyone give me some advise please. :cry:

I have defaulted on multiple payday loans totaling $2200 in Washington State.

My credit report currently shows that I have an open installment that I paid in full nearly a year and one half ago. Since then I have disputed the item several times providing documentation that the item has been paid in full both electronically and hard copies. I have spoken with other departments and they indicated that my information was never received in their database even after receiving a letter to make payment arrangements. We are now going on 18 months and I would really like to get this resolved and updated on my credit report as this is causing a large problem.

I am in a lot of debt and I'm only 19 years old I am looking for anyone to help me I recently married a wonderful woman and we have a child on the way. I really don't want my kids to see me like this. Todd Davis
