does anyone know who or what this company is as they are on my credit report as it shows i have an open account with them and have been making payments for a year but i have no idea who this company is and i dont pay the amount to anyone that the report says im paying

We are currently working with a debt settlement company to pay off our credit cards and have been advised by our account manager not to answer the calls from the collection agencies.
