Can anyone tell me how I can stop payments from a payday loan? I had a $200 loan from GFSIL and last night I did the math and over the past few months they have deducted $1069 from my account, (I know I should have payed better attention!) and Paycheck Today has taken out $690 on a $300 loan. When I called the bank to do stop payments they said they could only do it if I had the exact amount and that these companies know the stop payment is only for 6 months so they wait it out and then draw on the account or use a different amount so that the bank doesn't pick up on it. Please Help!

I am not speaking badly against Hess Kennedy, but i am curious. i signed up just yesterday, through the credit xchange. I regret doing so, only because i have decided i dont want to mess with my credit, since i currently have good credit. I called HK&C, but they informed me i was not in their system yet, and to call credit xchange. i have done so, but im not getting much of a response back yet. since i didnt have any money taken out yet, i am still aloud to back out, right?

I want to know if I can legally request for the return of the payment made to Richard A. Brennan as part of debt consolidation - paying to the creditors. I have to pay one creditor by October 31st or my credit rating will go down.

i saw their website, and it was advertised on NBC news. has anyone gone through them? are they any good for debt settlement?

A couple years ago I had a debt turned over to allied interstate. I eventually paid that off but they have never reported to the original creditor that the debt was satisfied. I can no longer order from this vendor even though the debt has been paid. I have no idea where the records are to prove to this vendor that it has been paid. What are my options at this point? This vendor is the only one that sells the product that I use.
